Rhonda has been breeding and showing Arabian horses for the last 11 years, starting with her first filly, Pashahnata. Like many women, Rhonda loved horses from the time she was a little girl. As a young girl, Rhonda lived on a farm where Thoroughbred race horses would come and rest. They would give the horses six months or a year off, and they would come to the farm for some R&R. Rhonda met many different breeds of horses, but those that visited the farm were mainly Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses.

While still in grade school, Rhonda, her two sisters, and her mother left the farm and moved to Michigan. For the next 20 years, she would dream of horses, and eventually started going to barns to see horses for sale just to be around them. Although she didn't have a strong intention to buy, when Midwest Arabians offered her the chance to purchase Pashahnata as a seven month old filly, Rhonda couldn't turn them down. Three years later, she was standing in the winner's circle at US Nationals, collecting the trophy for the US Nationals Western Pleasure Championship title. Since that time, Rhonda has continued to show champions and breed winners out of her farm. At the Scottsdale show in February of 2006, Rhonda sold the filly Goddess of Marwan for the highest price of any Arabian yearling filly since 1982.

Rhonda is a great communicator, and spends countless hours talking on the phone and meeting with owners, trainers and breeders at the shows and in person. She has a great feel for what's happening in the industry - both good and bad - and is extremely customer driven and oriented.

Rhonda and the entire AHS creative team strive to offer outstanding support and the highest quality services, with quick turn around time and a 'we're here for you" attitude to every client they serve. When asked what the best thing is about Arabian Horse Source, Rhonda is quick to reply, "Our customers!"
