Our guarantee is simple.  We are not happy until you are.  If at any time in your association with us we can not resolve the source of your dissatisfaction, we will gladly refund any unearned money and help you find another webmaster. It's just that simple.  This guarantee is clearly spelled out in our hosting agreement.
